Sarah Hanson Recognized as Automation Anywhere’s Great Women Americas Award Winner

Join us as Sarah Hanson shares her thoughts after becoming the Automation Anywhere's Great Women Americas Award winner.

Editor's Note: Sarah Hanson recently won Automation Anywhere’s Great Women Americas Award. This award is just a small recognition of the work that Sarah does to advance automation at BP3 and our global clients. I hope you will join me in congratulating Sarah!

‍I am so excited to announce my recognition as Automation Anywhere’s Great Women Americas Award recipient. I could not have been more thrilled to be nominated, but to win is truly an honor. In the nomination process I had a lot of time to think about what contributions I have made to BP3’s Automation practice. I have enjoyed the opportunity to reflect and examine the way our practice has progressed over the last few years.

At the beginning of my time at BP3 I made a goal to create a better, more standard practice for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) implementation. It is rare to find an organization like BP3 where a relative newcomer can set a goal and get the full weight of the organization behind them to achieve that goal. I have to take this moment to thank my colleagues-- I could not have succeeded without their trust and support.

One of my favorite things about creating this practice has been the opportunity to talk to and teach people about automation on all levels. I have had the chance to sit down with everyone from CEOs to developers in the trenches and talk about their goals and how we can accomplish them together. I have learned so much and my goal is to continue learning and improving.

I can’t wait to see what 2022 brings us in BP3’s Automation practice and to paraphrase Automation Anywhere’s “Go Be Great” tagline, I cannot wait to Be Great!
