You Should Read MWD

If you’re interested in BPM or on of the other research areas that MWD focuses on, you should be reading their research.  There’s a personal subscription that is affordable for most executives and marketing professionals, and I’d recommend that our readers go out and pay for it.  First, to support first-class research and writing, and second, because it is great value for the dollar.
