This year, the Austin Business Journal received a record-breaking 276 nominations, 70 of which were honored across four categories.
The Austin Business Journal employed an external firm to confidentially survey nominated companies’ employees on such factors as company climate, team atmosphere, benefits, and employee engagement level. Those companies with the highest rated feedback where included on the list. The final rankings were announced at a celebratory circus-themed luncheon at the Renaissance Austin Hotel.
