MWD covers DST's BPMS

MWD consistently produces some of the best research in the BPM market.  So it is no surprise when they get good coverage of a product that doesn’t get much coverage otherwise:

Although neither DST nor its process platform AWD have traditionally had a very high general industry profile, the company and the product have a very long heritage. With the release of AWD10 in 2010 the product was completely rebuilt using a modern platform design utilising Java, commercially-available application servers and web-based tools and user interfaces. The result is a product that fits squarely in the marketplace for BPM Suites (BPMSs), or BPM technology platforms, with some significant strengths. What’s not widely known is that although DST’s primary business focus is the financial services and insurance industries, its largest AWD customer (measured by licensed seats) is actually a cable/media company.

In this new report, Neil Ward-Dutton provides a profile and analysis of DST and its AWD10 platform.

I’d recommend subscribing to their BPM research and reading the reports.
