Flournoy Henry was part of the Redbook team that created the “Scaling BPM Adoption” Redbook. It is an important Redbook in that it lays out the coda for getting from project to program.  We’re proud to be in possession of a copy autographed by nearly all of the authors.  Now we just need to get Phil Gilbert to sign it since he helped usher this idea into the process.

Perhaps the most surprising part of the Redbook signing event was how popular it was.  When I walked by the table it looked like a book signing by celebrities, with a crowd of people around who couldn’t wait to get their hands on one of the signed Redbooks!

Now, Flournoy and the other authors of this book deserve to be rock stars in the BPM world.  They’re among the very best BPM has to offer to the industry, and I’ve had the good fortune to work with most of them at Lombardi, BP3, or as an IBM partner.  As surprising as the recognition might have been, it is so well-deserved.

You’ll notice that Flournoy is proudly sporting his BP3 polo shirt.
