We have a great white paper available for download – The Business Driven Delivery Team – which is all about how to organize and motivate a team responsible for BPM project delivery.  One of the key challenges is to get IT and Business playing from the same music, and the Business Driven Delivery Team is one way to go about it, and the approach that BP3 recommends.

The link requires lightweight registration, but the white paper is free – and what follows is a short excerpt:

As we embark on a project, we are likely to find out that some of the known elements of the problem were not as well-understood as we thought. Some of the absolutely certain elements of the solution, simply don’t work out. Plans are revised. Requirements redrawn. Solutions redesigned. This is natural.
