Seeing Human-in-the-Loop Working in Practice

At Driven 2020, our very own Dan Seager took us through an example of matching invoices with a human in the loop. There's a quick intro of Attended vs. Unattended Automation, and then digging into a demo that demonstrates the necessary components. We're basically matching an invoice to the purchase order in our ERP system. This is time consuming for people, because before you can do that you have to navigate all the systems and pull up the right files or documents.

And yet the robots will have a harder time making judgment calls about the matching.  If we can have the two work well together we'll get the best of both worlds, and that's what this demonstration is about:
