Agreed, lots of opportunity for improvement here.

Yep, expecting more of the same focus at IBM Impact later this year.
As always after an IBM briefing, I?m left with a sense of almost overwhelming complexity in the number ? and possible combinations ? of products that make up these integrated solutions. Powerful: yes. But expect some rough edges in the integration.
I think this is generally the biggest challenge for IBM - to rationalize their product offerings into SKUs that make sense for buyers (their customers) and sellers (their sales people and ecosystem).
IBM has done a good job with this in BPM and Rules, but there's a lot of ground to cover elsewhere in the IBM portfolio.
