Proud Moment for our Team

It’s a proud moment for our team to announce our incorporation in Holland today.  Better yet that we were able to share the news with our customers and partners in Holland this week with our team on the ground.  As we expand in Europe, we’re just another example of an Austin-based startup that has gone international. Convenient flights to London and friendly business climate in London, Amsterdam, and Austin all contribute to making this a very symbiotic relationship for us.

Having the opportunity to expand in Holland is the result of a lot of hard work by our team in Europe, and our operations team in Austin. But even more so, this is thanks to our partner, IBM, and our customers in Holland and the UK, who have supported us and our growth and have celebrated with us our mutual successes.  Our friends in Europe have really set a warm welcome for us and we couldn’t be more thankful. Expanding to another country or geography is a real challenge, and every little bit of help makes a big difference.

There are so many detail that go into doing this right. Proud of our team and our organizational maturity as we went through the process. This is the kind of effort that pushes improvements to finance, HR, operations, sales, and services delivery.  Every year I have the privilege of applying more of our BPM methodologies to our own business, which has been a great experience for me, personally, but also for our team.

But don’t get the idea that we’re finished just yet.  And a hint of what’s coming next for those still reading…
