How the Playbook has Changed for Business Process

With all the access to data, analytics, cognitive and machine learning, we have to adapt our business processes to get the full benefit of these capabilities:


But equally, it would be wrong to say we don’t need process, or don’t need to change processes, in the advent of these new technological advancements. Given an insight, you need a way to operationalize it. Given new capabilities, you need to operationalize them in your business, and processes and decisions are the chief ways to accomplish the goal. Increasingly process and decision management will be a big part of digital transformation initiatives – in order create the impact throughout the organization that all of these initiatives promise. And scaling that through a large organization is what BP3 is built to do!
