As we do every year, we’d like to say thanks to our customers, our partners, and our blog readers.  And of course, thank you to our team members, and to their families who support them in doing this thing we call BPM.

Taking a step back from the day-to-day routine, when we look at the BPM space, it is even more interesting this year than it was last year.  The possibilities are more dynamic, and the value to be captured by customers more within reach.  At the same time, we’re starting to see real signs of economic recovery in the US (and in particular, in Austin and Texas).  Perhaps we’re a bit optimistic, but we see signs of progress on several fronts.
