Final rankings were revealed at the Austin Business Journal’s annual award luncheon, June 24, held at the Hyatt Regency Austin. The Austin Business Journal (ABJ) employed an external firm to confidentially survey the nominated companies based on benefits, company climate, perks, team atmosphere, and employee engagement. The companies with the highest rated feedback were included on the list broken into size categories including: Large, medium, small and micro companies.

“At BP3, we never take our employees, culture, or customers for granted.  Everyone at BP3 works hard to deliver customer success, achieve professional upside, and maintain balance.  It is a straightforward formula on which we focus every day,” says Rainer Ribback, Chief Operating Officer.

Amit Malhotra, Chief Strategy Officer who recently joined BP3 stated, “I was blown away by the company culture so I’m not surprised that we won #2. What’s unique is the balance in how teams come together; skillset and perspective trump titles and we’re able to solve problems in a way that’s right for the employees, customers, and product.”

Perks and benefits at BP3 include fully funded health, life and long term disability insurance, unlimited PTO, 401(k) and student loan repayment matching, a yearly company wide off-site conference, and an engaging and collaborative atmosphere.
