Hard return on Investment is already 108% and expected to be 120% within 6 months.? By leveraging IBM BPM and Brazos, Carlsberg has identified common process patterns and achieved economies of scale.
Speaking as a vendor, for a moment, it is really refreshing to see a company sharing data like this with the world.? It used to be more common, and it has become a bit of a lost art.? But you can see from the report the kind of maturity Carlsberg Denmark has, and the impact BPM can have on both the business and the organization.
