Brazos UI and Your Calendar

One of the things our engineering team does really well is keep improving the rough edges of any product they get their hands on.  Brazos itself is no different.  Brazos has always had strong support for date-time configurations and selections. But in the most recent build of Brazos, the engineering team has taken it to the next level.

Date-time math is some of the hardest stuff to get right in every day programming for business processes.  The errors can come from many sources: from integration points, from local configuration, and from the interactions with the User Interface itself.  Brazos firmly addresses the last of these.

As usual, every bit of it is to address a client’s real needs in the real world. I just love that the team takes the time to think it all the way through and design something pretty elegant for what is, decidedly, not an elegant problem space.

If you’re using Brazos UI, it’s a good time to update to Brazos 5.5 (link to release notes).
