Obviously we’re pretty excited to get great coverage from local and other media outlets on our recent funding. It’s always fun to take time to share your good news with others, and see them take an interest. Other sources included:
- Built In Austin: BP3 Global backed by $10M to provide next step in data analytics
- Nashville Post: Petra invests in Texas software company
- PE Hub: Petra invests $10 mln in BP3 Global
- AustinInno: Business Software Developer Gets $10M Private Equity Infusion
- The Austin Business Journal
- KMWorld as well
I have to pause to say thank you to the Austin publications who have been kind enough to call attention to the culture and company that we are building in our home town.
The Austin Business Journal is literally the voice of business in Austin over the last 2 decades. They included coverage of BP3 in their publication today:
BP3 Global Inc., a maker of business process management software, said it has completed a $10 million funding to finance its development work.
The Austin company raised the capital from Nashville-based Petra Capital Partners LLC, according to a Wednesday announcement.
In 2013, BP3 Global generated revenue of $8 million and was projected to reach $14 million in 2014. It operates offices in the San Francisco Bay area, Cleveland, Minneapolis and Atlanta.
In 2015, BP3 reported revenue of more than $19M. Details coming in a forthcoming Austin Business Journal publication if we appear in the Fast 50 again this year. And we now operate offices in Denver, London, Lisbon, Amsterdam, and Copenhagen. We’ve come a long way in the last few years.
