BP3 is happy to announce its inclusion on Austin Business Journal’s list of 2014 Best Places to Work in Central Texas in the Small Business Category (21-50 employees).  Of a record-breaking 276 nominations, 70 companies are being honored this year across four categories.

The Austin Business Journal employs an external firm to confidentially survey nominated companies’ employees.  Inclusion on the list is based on high feedback on questions regarding climate, team atmosphere, benefits and employee engagement level.

BP3 is the premier business process management (BPM) services firm, with more experience deploying BPM solutions throughout the Fortune 500 than any other firm.  As well as providing first class service for its clients, BP3 also strives to create a first class working environment for its employees.  Perks and benefits at BP3 include fully funded health, life, and long term disability insurance, unlimited PTO, 401(k) matching and student loan repayment matching, a yearly company wide off-site, a fully stocked kitchen and an engaging and collaborative atmosphere.

On being notified of BP3’s inclusion on the ABJ 2014 Best Places to Work list, BP3 Co-Founder and CTO, Scott Francis, said, “It’s always nice to have confirmation that you’re doing something right with your culture and your company.  I like to think that we’re a pretty cool place to work, chiefly because of the great people we get to work with.”

The Austin Business Journal will announce its final rankings at a luncheon at the Renaissance Austin Hotel on June 26.
