Blueworks Live Best Practices

This post is from Krista White, co-author of our new guide to BP3’s Blueworks Live Best Practices posted below. Krista also works on Neches and the Brazos suite.

Over the last few years I’ve noticed an increase in the volume of users in IBM’s process discovery platform Blueworks Live. In the past, Blueworks Live was generally allocated to a small group of users doing smaller projects. Recently though, I have seen hundreds (sometimes thousands) of users in a single account. This brought to my attention the need for a Blueworks Live Best Practices guide. I asked our resident BPMN and modeling expert (and overall process analysis ninja) Julie Grassel to contribute some great modeling direction and we came out with this easy to read guide.

Overall this paper includes how to set up your Blueworks Live account, how to manage your users, best practices in modeling, and a process improvement checklist. Check it out and let us know if you have any questions.

Of course, this is not all of our content on Blueworks Live. BP3 offers training classes, process discovery, and process transformation services that include the use of Blueworks Live. As always let us know if we can help you become more process centric.
