Now the Austin Business Journal has weighed in:
Consulting firm BP3 Global Inc. has acquired London-based Modexe Ltd. for an undisclosed amount.
The Austin-based business disclosed Tuesday that it will operate the newly-acquired company as BP3 Global Ltd. in the United Kingdom, according to a company statement.
Once in a while you're presented with an opportunity you can't pass up.? We spend a lot of time and energy at BP3 to be ready to take on those opportunities when we see them.? We didn't get BP3 to this point without taking chances and risks when we thought the rewards exceeded the risks.? The other side of risk is opportunity.? We're excited about this one.? And so is the Modexe team. I think we all recognize the opportunity, and what a shift this is for BP3.
In July, BP3 Global expanded its office for the third time in four years to meet heavy demand for its software and services. It moved from a 6,000-square-foot office on North MoPac Expressway to the 12,000-square-foot previous home of Calxeda Inc., the semiconductor chipmaker that shuttered operations in late 2013, the Austin Business Journal reported.
We won't be taking our eye off the ball in the US.? There's been a lot of growth in the US, and we'll continue to focus on our US-based customers to make sure we continue to lead with customer experience and successful outcomes for our customers. Growth is the side effect of doing everything else right.? Right now, I'm in a hotel room the night before conducting interviews with college graduates at a university in the midwest.? We're planning and prepared for long-term demand in BPM, and we're prepared to develop the talent to get there.
ABJ wrapped their story with this paragraph:
Last year, BP3 Global generated revenue of $8 million and is projected to reach $14 million this year. It operates offices in the San Francisco Bay Area, Cleveland, Minneapolis and Atlanta.
And Kiev.? And London.
Congrats to BP3 and Modexe for this great opportunity to work together and advance the state of the art in BPM.
