Well. The Forrester Wave™: BPM Service Providers, Q4 2016 has been published, analyzing 21 criteria to produce the scoring and results. It is the most comprehensive coverage of BPM service providers in a single report that we’ve seen to-date.
And it starts out with a key takeaway:

Our team has worked very hard over the last nine years to achieve a result like this in a research report.
