Scott brings over 20 years of experience in the Software and Services business to BP3. Since 2007 he’s helped grow BP3 over tenfold in revenue and personnel, by building the best team in the business. Scott comes to BP3 from Lombardi – one of the principle software providers in the BPM space and the precursor to IBM BPM – where he was Chief Architect and Director of Technical Services. Scott previously worked at Trilogy, and holds a BS in Computer Science from Stanford University.
David joined BP3 in September of 2014 as part of their entrance to the European market. Prior to that he has worked for almost 2 decades in a wide range of industries including consulting, banking in business development, finance and technology functions. This wide range of experience helps him to deliver the best results for his customers. David Brakoniecki holds a B.A. in European History ffrom Northwestern University and an M.Sc. in Economic History from the London School of Economics.
Ted brings 20 years of sales and client services leadership to BP3. His career in BPM began in 2002 at Lombardi Software leading some of the first solutions for Telecommunications and Energy. Ted joined BP3 to lead our clients through successful solution launches that maximize business value. Prior to BP3, Ted led professional services delivery at NetCracker, an enterprise billing software company focused on telecommunications. Ted holds a Bachelors’ degree in Math and Computer Science and a Master’s degree in Software Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
Krista is an evangelist for Digitial Transformation by Process Improvement. Prior to BP3, Krista was responsible for Product Management for IBM’s Blueworks Live offering, driving change and success for customers around the world. Krista has a focus on bringing excellent customer experience to every corner of BP3 and is energized by the challenges faced by a fast growing company. Krista holds a BBA in Management Information Systems and Entrepreneurship Venture Management from The University of Oklahoma.
Tom is a seasoned leader who has delivered decision management systems across diverse industries. He enjoys helping companies whose value proposition creates unique operational decisioning challenges. Tom’s in-depth knowledge of decision management and operations research enables teams to create dynamic solutions that automate complex decisions.
Mindi got her start in operations with Lombardi in 2004 and joined BP3 in 2011 when we had a dozen employees. Mindi is passionate about our company’s greatest asset, our people, and understands the importance of the employment experience of our team. Mindi uses that passion while overseeing HR, compensation, benefits and facilities for BP3.
Rainer joined BP3 Global in 2013 bringing over 20 years of experience in software and professional services. Recognized for having an impressive track record in effective team management, as COO, Rainer leads BP Services, Labs Support, and Operations. His passion for business process and program execution has spanned a number of practitioner and executive roles at Enterprise software firms, including: 724 Solutions, Adobe, Vendavo, and Lombardi. Rainer holds a BS in Business and European Studies from Carnegie Mellon University.
Flournoy is well-known in BPM circles and has been a sought-after guest speaker at Gartner conferences and Lombardi user conferences over the years. More recently he contributed to an IBM Redbook on BPM. He has been a staunch advocate of aligning IT with business goals and ROI (return on investment), and an advocate for BPM software solutions as a way to promote good business practices. Flournoy holds a B.S.B.A. in MIS from Auburn University.
Matt joined BP3 in September of 2014 as part of BP3’s entrance to the European market. Prior to that he has worked for over 15 years selling solutions into a wide range of industries, particularly focusing on BPM and Decision Management since 2008. This wide range of experience helps him identify with customers’ business needs to help them on there transformation journeys. Matt is responsible for the EMEA sales team and the strategic expansion of sales across the regions.
Steve is an agile thinker with over 18+ years of pragmatic engagement management, business analysis, and technology investment utilization experience. Steve levers his refined business acumen to quickly identify and drive toward the realized value points that best serve our Clients. He is a self-described “process nerd” whose passion is partnering with Stake Holders, Executive Sponsors, Business Analysts, Engineers, Project Managers and Developers to extract/author functional requirements and solve business challenges with technology solutions.
Diana joined BP3 Global with over 30 years of Finance & Accounting experience throughout a broad range of industries including Home Building, Aerospace, Software Manufacturing, Intellectual Property as well as Software and Professional Services. Her vast experience in the start-up and small company environments in Southern California, Silicon Valley, and Austin, Texas has allowed her to play an integral role in establishing and maintaining BP3’s infrastructure, focused on Finance & Accounting policies and procedures, GAAP compliance and Financial Reporting for BP3’s growing global organization.
Ivan is a creator with a ceaseless desire to build tools that people love. During his 6 year tenure at BP3, he’s overseen the design of Brazos UI, Brazos Portal, and a variety of industry solutions for customers across the globe. In prior roles, he led the implementation of large corporate systems, authored books, and filed a number of patents. Whenever he’s not building the enterprise apps of tomorrow or bragging about himself in a bio, he’s likely snowboarding.
Lance brings over 20 years of experience in IT and strategic business initiatives to BP3. He’s our chief evangelist for business process improvement, he’s our compass for running BP3, and he happens to be a master black belt in Six Sigma. Lance led BP3’s involvement in OMG, specifically the OMG Business Process certification exams. Lance is the author of many best practice articles concerning Business Process Management.
Rob is a co-founder of Petra Capital Partners and has extensive experience investing in and advising high growth companies primarily in the information technology, business services and healthcare services industries. Including his role with a predecessor fund to Petra Growth Fund I, Rob has been involved in investing and managing four funds totaling more than $550 million of invested capital. Rob earned his M.B.A. at the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and his B.S. in Commerce at the University of Virginia.
Mike is co-founder of T2 Systems where he remains an advisor to the board. Prior to founding T2, Mike’s career included marketing, sales and project management at IBM, PepsiCo and General Motors. He now manages Jupiter Peak, LLC, a family investment company that invests capital in early stage technology companies, private equity, real estate, and other business venture. In addition to BP3, he serves on the boards of SharpenCX, the Indiana Repertory Theater, and the Central Indiana Community Foundation.
Amit has worked deeply across a variety of domains including Healthcare, Consumer, Systems, Insurance and Data Protection. He has co-founded startups and has had leadership roles across Product, Strategy, Technology, Corp Dev, Go to Market & Partnerships at fast growth mid-size companies (The Advisory Board Company, Trilogy, Coremetrics etc) all the way to Fortune 100 companies. Amit is an alumni of the Harvard Business School.
Andrew brings over 15 years of software and services experience to BP3. Since 2003 he has been delivering BPM solutions to his customers with his extensive experience in user needs identification. Andrew has been involved in many layers of BPM delivery, from creating hands on solutions for customers, to managing BPM Product development teams at Lombardi and IBM.
Mike brings over 20 years of enterprise sales and professional services experience to BP3. Throughout his career, Mike has provided executive leadership at some of the largest and most innovative companies in the technology industry including Sun Microsystems, BEA Systems, Mercury Interactive and IBM. Mike’s passion for BPM has lead him to hold a diverse range of roles covering Sales, Product Management, Delivery and Business Development.
Steve is an innovative technology and professional services leader with demonstrated ability in leading professional service organizations to deliver business results under conditions of high uncertainty and rapid change. Steve is a consistent advocate of approaching business objectives with a holistic view of processes, platforms, and people to generate measurable business value. Steve has worked for client success through proactive communications, understanding business needs, and applying the right resources at the right time with the right expertise for over 20 years.
Rico brings 20 years experience building and growing technical support teams that have supported both enterprise and SaaS offerings to their customers. He was a member of the Lombardi Support organization and later worked with IBM Support organization to help establish their BPM support team after they acquired Lombardi. He is passionate about seeing his customers successful with the products they support. Rico holds a BS in Management Information Systems from University Nevada, Las Vegas.
Annette began her career as a programmer in ’86. Through the years she’s functioned in various leadership positions, including: Project Manager, LOB, Project Director, and Global Alliance Manager. During the last 8-10 years her interest has been focused around BPM and how – if implemented correctly – it can make businesses more adaptive and agile. In 2014 Annette cofounded Futurum IT in Denmark. As strategic partners, BP3 and Futurum IT found a perfect match between their passions for BPM and culture and Futurum IT was acquired in June 2016.
