You might have read our posts about The Forrester Wave™: BPM Services Providers, Q4 2016, because we were pretty happy with how we were represented in this research. But set aside the Wave for a minute and let’s look at some of the findings about the market and trends.
The report itself is pretty interesting. Forrester identifies a new breed of consultant that can bridge the gap between BPM and digital business automation or transformation. We found ourselves nodding our heads as we read the report, as we’ve been making investments that are well aligned with their findings.
