If you saw the last post on the new features in Brazos 2.0, as well as the demonstration “Wind Farm Demo” – you might be curious as to how hard it is to build the demo using IBM’s Process Designer and BP3’s Brazos UI Toolkit.  This post has the answer, with the following tutorial video.  In it we explain how to customize the layout and look-and-feel, as well as how validations work.

Brazos 2.0 Demo – Wind Study (Under the Hood) from bp3 on Vimeo.

We’ll be posting additional, more focused tutorials in the coming weeks, but this is a good start.  As you can see from the video, it’s just as easy to build a beautiful UI in Brazos as it is to build any other UI in IBM BPM.  The benefit is the look and feel, the interactivity, and support for mobile platforms and touch paradigms.

And as you can see it is all tightly integrated with the IBM Process Designer.

Hi I am using the BP3 Brazos UI 2.0 while designing my coaches in IBM process designer 8.5. I need to set visiblity of a control based on a radio button selection. How to achieve this ? Am have tried adding a visibilty rule but its not working . Please help.

    • Neha – you can email support @ bp-3.com to report any issues you’re seeing. Also, obviously, you want to check the examples process app which includes the documentation in an interactive form. If you, your employer, or your client are interested in getting help using Brazos in a more particular way, please consider purchasing a Brazos support package, we’d be happy to work with you on that –

      All the best,
      Scott
