Interesting to see Xerox getting coverage for moving into BPM/O and initiating an advertising campaign around it:
Xerox has decided to rebrand itself through a major ad campaign that will roll-out next week and carry over through 2011 as a business process management and document management company rather than one that just provides copiers.
Apparently as a result of the ACS acquisition, Xerox now earns half its revenue from business services management.  This all sounds more like BPO than BPM to me, though they are related.  It is interesting that the notion of BPM is starting to get coverage in places I didn’t expect to see it.  I just saw the first of these ads yesterday, with Marriott.
