		<description>Specialist vs. Generalist is one way to look at it.  However, in this case I think to be a BPM specialist, you need to be good at more than one role.  Otherwise you&#039;re not a BPM specialist, you&#039;re a specialist at some narrower activity.</description>

		<description>It&#039;s the old Specialists vs. Generalists conundrum.&lt;br&gt;When something is very well defined... that Specialist sure comes in handy.  When you aren&#039;t quite sure, better call on that Generalist.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Generally you&#039;ll find Generalists are a bit older... and given that I&#039;m Geriatric in nature, I&#039;m a Generalist.</description>
