		<description>I have to say, I was remiss in not pointing out that BP3 wouldn&#039;t be what it is without Lance Gibbs, who&#039;s been leading from the front for the last year and creating a lot of economic opportunity for our team, and value for our customers.  And we wouldn&#039;t be what we are without the support of our families, who make it possible for us to travel so much and work so hard.</description>
