The bpmfutures article hadn't been published when i wrote this 2 years (!!) ago :)

I would love to see better mobile phone support in BPM - iPhone apps in particular. Check out our other blog posts about apple ;)
http://www.bp-3.com/blogs/tag/apple/

Well thankyou for the compliment!

What I was going to say to complete my thought before blog technology got in the way :) was that I thought for sure you're going to bring up the subject of Process App and Process App store - http://bpmfutures.com/2011/01/18/where-are-the-process-apps/

I think Apple is inspiring a lot of people to think differently about how BPM is done and what is the essence of a BPMS. Small apps that allow you to file an insurance claim or request travel approval could conceivably be done via small process apps like the ones you can configure in Blueworks Live today.

Yeah, definitely BPM is shaping Apple, but just as much Apple is shaping BPM as we know it.
