I have also added your blog (and Sandy&#039;s) in my RSS feeds and also my &quot;Blogs  I follow&quot; page in my blog.

I have reecntly staretd writing about the journey to Process Excellence. Still very early stages (and seems too theoritical when I read it twice :-) )

		<description>btw, Sandy mentioned it in her blog - David Bridgeland from Unisys did a fantastic job presenting these (minus the AA effect) back to the rest of the attendees in the round table wrap-up at the end of the day.  He even found a picture of the before and after Bowflex coatrack ... !</description>
